Hollywood news has learned that DINA LOHAN is planning to expose all of her daughter LINDSAY’s deepest, darkest secrets… in a tell-all book! What great timing, Dina. Your daughter is going through hell and you want to write a book about her troubles? Nice going.
Dina is reportedly shopping a tell-all memoir about Lindsay’s alleged drug and alcohol abuse—and she only started hocking it to potential interested parties about two weeks ago, while Lindsay was facing possible incarceration due to her failure to complete the requirements of her probation.
Here are a couple of excerpts obtained by TMZ from the draft of Dina’s book:
“I blamed her friends, her career and her handlers for an (sic) newfound lifestyle of partying excessively. Drinking, drugging and behaving irresponsibly became Lindsay‘s way of daily living–and it tore me up inside.”
In a part where she explains why she moved Lindsay from New York to Los Angeles when she was very young, Dina wrote:
“How could I deny my daughter the chance of a lifetime? How could I hold Lindsay back from her dream of becoming an actress? So, I listened to others and sent my daughter to Hollywood with a few pieces of luggage and a chaperone.”
From what we’ve learned, Dina’s book will center on Lindsay’s long-standing troubles with partying, drinking and drugs… and how she felt helpless as to what she could do to help her.
Unfortunately, the publishers aren’t biting… yet.
