JUSTIN BIEBER And SELENA GOMEZ have just become proud parents…to a new puppy!
The husky mix, seen here in a Twitter photo Selena posted of them in bed, was adopted from D’Arcy’s Animal Rescue Centre in Winnipeg, Canada. Justin and Selena are both animal lovers and they decided adopting an unwanted animal was better than getting a new one at a pet shop…
“It was nice that they thought of the animals and came to visit our shelter while they were on tour,”
the animal shelter owner said.
They probably felt that their full-out PDA at that hockey game in Montreal ought to bear some fruit, hence the new kid…er…dog.
Star news has learned the puppy’s new name is Bailer. Which we hope doesn’t mean Justin and Selena are planning to bail out on each other eventually. Think of the custody battle for the poor pup.
Still, it’s a step forward in their relationship for both of them. Getting a pet together is a big one, and entails a lot of responsibility. We hope they’re planning to post some family pictures soon…
What’s next? A real baby?
