According to the latest celebrity news, KIM KARDASHIAN has been slammed for tricking her Twitter followers into voting for her brother ROB on “DWTS.” How did she trick them? She posted the number on her Twitter page and told everyone it was JUSTIN BIEBER’s personal phone number… and we’re pretty sure plenty of people—especially female teenagers and tweens—dialed it.
On Monday, Kim got a little too enthusiastic with her sisterly support and tweeted:
“OMG I have @JustinBieber ‘s phone #!!!! 800 8683402! CALL HIM! He’s taking calls for the next hour!!!!”
Obviously, Kim was just trying to be a good sister by helping her brother win the competition. But the other “DWTS” contestants weren’t too happy when they learned about her deceitful tweet. An insider told RadarOnline.com:
“It is totally unfair that Kim did that… The other celebs on the show don’t send out fake information to trick people into voting.”
The source added:
“Some of the contestants think that Rob should be disqualified for having his family cheat like that for him.”
Later that day, Kim set the record straight:
“Ok guys obviously I’m joking, that’s not Justin‘s #! But seriously call & vote for @RobKardashian & @CherylBurke 800 8683402!!! Xoxo”
Sure, Kim was just joking. But it’s still pretty unfair. After all, how many votes did she get for Rob with her little “joke”?
