Celebrity gossip websites have recently learned that troubled actress LINDSAY LOHAN could face possible jail time for failing to follow the judge’s orders. LiLo always catches a break whenever she’s faced with the slammer, but will she be so lucky this time around, especially after blatantly disobeying the judge?
Lindsay, who was ordered to do 360 hours of community service, reportedly got kicked out of the Downtown Women’s Center (the place where she was ordered by the judge to fulfill her hours) because she was always a no-show, and whenever she did show up, she never stayed for the required four hours of community service. Also, she failed to see a shrink every week, which was also part of the judge’s orders.
Because of these two things, Lindsay could go to jail (for real this time). TMZ explains:
“Judge Stephanie Sautner made it clear to Lindsay during her sentence last May … she MUST see the shrink every week, but she has not. We’re told one of her excuses is that she’s been working out of the country, but Judge Sautner made it extremely clear … work is not an excuse for failing to comply with the terms of probation… And, Judge Sautner said, if Lindsay violates any court order, she’s going to jail … period.”
Since Lindsay’s due to appear before the judge next week for a progress report, it’s very possible that she’ll be thrown behind bars before the month ends.
