MICHAEL LOHAN has been arrested… again. And this time, he jumped off a motel balcony in an effort to escape the police and avoid arrest.
Now we see where LiLo gets her disregard for the law from.
Michael was arrested earlier this week for domestic violence charges after he physically and verbally attacked his ex-girlfriend Kate Major. Twelve hours after he was released, celebrity gossip websites found out that he was back in the slammer.
Lindsay Lohan’s dad was ordered by a judge to stay away from Kate. The judge had warned:
“If you even dream about [Major] and you violate my order, you will go to jail.”
However, after experiencing a few hours of freedom, Michael called Kate and began harassing her—again. That same day, the police came over to the Tampa motel where he had been staying to haul him in.
But the story doesn’t end there.
Apparently Michael was so desperate to avoid getting arrested that he jumped off a third-floor balcony—which was 34 feet off the ground—and then ran for cover behind some trees. Obviously the cops were able to catch him, and he was thrown back in jail.
Seriously? Jumping off a balcony (in full view of the police) was his big escape plan?
