And celebrity news thinks…underneath all her garishly bright make-up…Nicki Minaj has such a pretty face. Why she hides it behind her loud rapper personality, we’ll never know.
Artist Francesco Vezzoli decked Nicki out as a courtesan for the magazine’s annual Art issue:
“In her performances, Minaj makes very explicit and challenging use of her beauty and her body, so I thought of comparing her to some of the most famous courtesans in history: the Marquise de Montespan, Comtesse du Barry, Madame de Pompadour, and Madame Rimsky-Korsakov,”
Vezzoli said.
Not that Nicki Minaj needs the patronage of any powerful man to be an equally powerful rap artist in her own right. Still, this is a Nicki such as no one has ever seen her before…and we kinda like it.
