Yep… Hollywood news has learned that ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER still does his own stunts—despite the fact that he’s already a few years north of 60. The “Terminator” star reportedly refused (politely, of course) to use stuntmen in his movie comeback “The Last Stand.”
Well, that’s Arnold for you! He’s always done his own stunts, even when he was at the peak of his film career—although it wasn’t exactly by choice at first, since it is pretty darn hard to find a body double for a former professional bodybuilder. Unfortunately, Arnie’s reflexes aren’t what they used to be, which is probably why he ended up cracking his head open a few weeks ago while filming “The Last Stand” in New Mexico.
After talking with several sources on the set of Arnold’s new movie, TMZ reports:
“[Arnold] has politely declined the producers’ offer to put stuntmen in the dangerous scenes, because he thinks it’s just more believable for him to do it himself.”
Awesome… hopefully we get to see some classic Schwarzenegger action in this movie.
