GEORGE CLOONEY’s new girlfriend STACY KIEBLER and his ex ELISABETTA CANALIS reportedly avoided each other at a party, according to recent Hollywood celebrity gossip.
Stacy and Elisabetta found themselves face to face on Monday, as both beauties attended the launch party for “The Beauty Book for Brain Cancer” at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. Now despite the fact that Italian model Elisabetta came there with a date—hunky new boyfriend Mehcad Brooks of “True Blood”—she noticeably avoided Clooney’s statuesque new squeeze, who went stag to the event.
During the dinner, Clooney’s girls ate at separate tables and basically pretended like the other one didn’t exist. An eyewitness shares:
“[Stacy and Elisabetta] were always on opposite sides of the room… They were basically avoiding each other the whole night.”
Can we blame them? It is pretty awkward, especially since Stacy started dating George just weeks after he dumped Elisabetta.
But hey, she’s got a new man, and he’s a hunky beefcake of a guy who’s a lot closer to her age. The gorgeous brunette has been dating Mehcad Brooks for a while now, and judging from the fact that they’ve already made their first public appearance as a couple, they seem to be getting serious.
