According to recent Hollywood news, HEATHER LOCKLEAR and JACK WAGNER broke of their engagement due to the overwhelming stress they encountered while planning their wedding.
Kind of ironic, isn’t it?
News of Heather and Jack’s aborted engagement broke out earlier this week, but neither party offered to provide the reason for the split… until now. TMZ reports:
“[Jack says that] the wedding plans became so all-consuming, they had little or no time to spend with their respective kids.”
Aside from that, Jack admits that he and Heather realized that it wouldn’t be a good idea to consolidate their two families at this point because their kids were still too young.
But that doesn’t quite make sense, since Heather’s daughter, Ava, is 14 and Jack’s sons are both in their early 20s to late teens—and we’re pretty sure all three of them are old enough to cope with their parents’ getting married. So what’s the big deal?
Jack also revealed that, despite calling off their wedding, he and Heather are reportedly still talking and “still love each other very much.”
