Hollywood rumors just learned that JENNIFER LOPEZ‘s boy toy, Casper Smart has a criminal record. Well, well… it seems J. Lo gets her thrills from bumping hips with a dangerous man…
…if speeding and failing to show up in court were considered dangerous, that is.
Still, it’s come as a shock to many that her backup dancer lover has three outstanding arrest warrants to his name. Count them, three! Does that put him in the same league as Lindsay Lohan?
Smart was arrested way back in March 2006 for driving on a suspended license, not having insurance, and speeding. A warrant with a $5K bail was issued a couple of days later for his failure to appear in court. But Smart eventually appeared and pleaded no contest, and the charges were dismissed.
But he failed to provide proof of having completed 86 hours of community service in October 2007. Another warrant was issued and his probation revoked.
Then Smart got his third strike in April 2010 when he was stopped for speeding again, and an arrest warrant was issued by the judge when he failed to appear for his hearing. Bail was set at $26K, but his lawyer pleaded “not guilty,” and Smart‘s warrant was recalled after it expired in February of this year.
And then he met J. Lo. Is Jenny from the block going to bail him out the next time around or is she going to drop him completely?
