In recent celebrity news, JUSTIN BIEBER’s alleged baby mama MARIAH YEATER has withdrawn the paternity lawsuit she previously filed against the “Never Say Never” pop star.
Does this mean she’s withdrawing her claim that she got intimate with Justin in a bathroom, too?
Wherever Justin is, he’s probably heaving a huge sigh of relief, because Mariah Yeater may finally be out of his hair… for good. After weeks of claiming that Justin was the father of her baby—and after an almost-tearful interview on “The Insider”—the 20-year-old has decided to drop the suit against Justin.
According to TMZ, Mariah’s lawsuit against the Biebs was dismissed last week, which is all well and good, since her lawyers have reportedly quit on her, too.
As previously reported by celebrity gossip websites, Justin had planned to take a DNA test to refute Yeater’s claims and prove that she’s a fame-seeking liar who’s trying to ruin his name, get her 15 minutes in Hollywood, and squeeze oodles of cash in child support out of him.
He also threatened her with a lawsuit.
Obviously, Mariah—and her lawyers—got spooked. Who wouldn’t balk at the thought of being countersued by Justin Bieber himself? But if she were really telling the truth, she wouldn’t have dropped the paternity suit against him either way.
