KIM KARDASHIAN is again being picked on by PETA for wearing fur. According to the latest star news, the outspoken animal rights group has decided to target Kim by dedicating a billboard in L.A. for the fur-loving reality star.
It seems that PETA has come aboard the “let’s hate on the Kardashians” train, which has been gaining steam as of late. However, they have their sights set on only one Kardashian, and it is none other than the busty, bootylicious Kim, who just loves wrapping her voluptuous curves in luxurious animal fur.
PETA’s new anti-Kim billboard will reportedly go up in December, at the corner of Beverly Boulevard and Sweetzer Avenue. It will feature a picture of Kim wearing fur around her neck, alongside a sad photo of some baby foxes. In the middle of the billboard, it says:
“KIM: These babies miss their mother. IS SHE ON YOUR BACK?”
So why is Kim being targeted so aggressively by PETA? It’s because she continues to wear fur despite knowing the hard, cruel facts about how animals are treated in fur farms. PETA’s Senior Vice President Lisa Lange says:
“Kim knows that animals on fur farms are beaten, electrocuted, and often skinned alive. We’ve explained it to her, and she’s watched a video exposé that was filmed inside fur farms… When Kim is ready to put an end to her relationship with fur, PETA will be happy to take her discards and donate them to the homeless.”
She adds:
“PETA hopes that the prominent billboard will finally be enough to convince Kim…to divorce herself from fur and say “I do” to a more compassionate wardrobe.”
Well, we doubt some billboard will be able to successfully slap some sense into Kim, especially when it comes to fashion… but who knows?
