KRIS HUMPHRIES has resigned himself to the inevitable and hired himself a divorce lawyer, Hollywood news and gossip has heard. Apparently, Kim Kardashian isn’t even a teeny bit open to talk of reconciliation, so Kris has decided to protect his hide with an attorney of his own…he’s ready to play ball…

According to confirmed sources, put-upon Kris has hired Minnesota lawyer, Lee Hutton, a counselor who’s handled cases for a lot of pro-athletes and has represented Kris in other legal matters over the years. Well, no, he’s not exactly a family law specialist, but Kris isn’t after a long, protracted battle. He just wants to protect his rights.
His impending divorce from reality star, Kim Kardashian will be hampered by the very detailed prenup they signed before they got married, and Kris just wants this to be over and done with so he can get on with his life, such as it is.
“He doesn’t want a war. He’s lying low,”
a source said, denying there’s little truth to the rumor that 26-year-old Kris has threatened to delay signing the divorce papers.
It looks like Kris has finally decided to cut his losses and protect what’s left of his heart and dignity. After falling casualty to Kim and the Kardashian Klan, what else is left for him to do?
