Yay or nay?
Hayley, who is most famous for starring in “Captain America: The First Avenger” opposite buff man candy Chris Evans, walked the red carpet in a striking red, yellow and blue dress, which she paired with black leggings, black pumps, and an ivory clutch.
The British actress accessorized with gold bracelets, a large oval cocktail ring, and a black hair ribbon.
Hayley finished the look with black liner and glossy red lips.
Honestly, there seems to be nothing about this look that’s worth praising. Her dress looks baggy and ill fitting, plus the length of the skirt makes her appear shorter. Also, the ivory clutch looks out-of-sync with the rest of the outfit.
And what’s with the hair ribbon? A pre-teen can get a way with something like that, but an almost-30 year old woman? Heck no.
