ELLE FANNING says she’d rather look like a 2-year-old than appear like a 21-year-old like most very young starlets in Hollywood are trying to channel these days.

Dakota Fanning‘s 13-year-old little sister is a Hollywood princess in her own right, having gained acclaim in “Super 8″ and “We Bought A Zoo,” but this rising star isn’t in a hurry to grow up, oh no. She’d rather be at the age she is right now, so no thanks exploitative Hollywood…
Elle covers the February 2012 issue of Teen Vogue, and while she look stunning for her age, she’s made sure the Wardrobe and Hair and Make-up Department dressed her in age appropriate duds. Perhaps she’s smarting from criticisms about another cover in W magazine, where she and sister Dakota were dressed and made up to seem overly sexualized given both are minors.
But we’re loving Elle‘s look now.
