Jon Bon Jovi is the most recent victim of a death hoax, celebrity gossip websites have learned. The 49-year-old rocker is the latest celebrity in a looong list of celebrities—which includes mega pop star Lady Gaga, “Super Bass” rapper Nicki Minaj, and A-list actor Johnny Depp—who have been cruelly targeted by those sick rumor starters.
According to the fake story, Jon was found “in a coma” at a New Jersey hotel and later “suffered cardiac arrest” upon arriving at the hospital.
Totally not true, folks.
JBJ even took the time to disprove the rumor himself by posting the photo above on his band Bon Jovi’s Facebook and Twitter pages, with the accompanying message:
“”Heaven looks a lot like New Jersey” -jbj. Rest assured that Jon is fine! This photo was just taken.”
So there you go. Jon Bon Jovi is still alive and kicking, guys.
