It’s official… KHLOE KARDASHIAN and LAMAR ODOM are moving to Texas! According to the latest NBA star news, Khloe’s hubby has been traded from the L.A. Lakers to the Dallas Mavericks.
Looks like the Lone Star State will be getting its very own Kardashian!
Khloe has previously stated that she is willing to uproot her life in L.A. and move to wherever the big NBA trade takes her hubby, former Lakers forward Lamar Odom… and now that he’s been traded to the Mavs, it stands to reason that the couple will be moving to Texas.
According to the Lakers’ blog:
“Odom will be traded to the Dallas Mavericks for their first-round pick in the 2012 NBA draft.”
The blog adds:
“…it’s unclear whether the Lakers made that move simply to dump Odom‘s $17 million salary or use the added funds somehow to acquire Paul or Dwight Howard.”
Khloe’s reaction to the news? Positivity! She tweeted:
“I am blessed and happy anywhere as long as I am with my family! God is great!! Blessed beyond words! I love ALL of my dolls!”
Khloe added:
“I am going back to being excited about life! LOL”
But despite her seemingly chipper attitude, Khloe admits that she and her family are a bit saddened by the news. In response to one of her followers, the reality star tweeted:
“…we are all sad but positive energy gets you farther then negative.”
So true!
