KHLOE KARDASHIAN is being sued for assaulting a transgendered woman, who claims that the reality star beat her to a pulp back in 2009 outside a nightclub on Hollywood Boulevard.
Uh… Khloe overpowered someone who was formerly a man? Where would she even get the muscle power to do such a thing? We know she’s much taller than your average girl (Khloe stands 5”10) and is a bit more voluptuous than most, but come on… we find it pretty hard to believe that she can beat the crap out of a transgendered woman—an African American transgendered woman, in fact.
Chantal Spears (aka Ronald Spears) is suing Khloe for assaulting her outside the Playhouse nightclub back in December 5, 2009.
According to previous Hollywood news reports on the incident, Khloe reportedly “pushed and hit” Chantal/Ronald after the latter told Khloe’s husband Lamar Odom that he was “too young to get married.”
Chantal/Ronald is now seeking unspecified damages for the beatdown.
