Does the KARDASHIAN show “KOURTNEY And KIM Take New York” give plenty of evidence of marriage fraud? The same fraud Kim‘s soon-to-be-ex-husband, Kris Humphries is pointing out as grounds for the annulment of their 72-day union?

Since Kris just charged his wife with marriage fraud as a basis for the annulment he’s filed to counter Kim‘s divorce papers, Kimmy will need to be extra careful in the future…everything she says can and will be used against her, and if the second season of her show is any indication, she sure has said a lot

Celebrity gossip websites heard Kris‘ lawyers have been combing through footage of the show and it seems they’ve found a whole lot of evidence that supports Kris‘ fraud allegations.

In “Kourtney and Kim Take New York,” Kim all but says out loud that Kris auditioned for a part in her show, and apparently the poor guy didn’t know what kind of lion’s den he walked into after everyone went back to their “day jobs” after the wedding…it was the day he discovered that for the Kardashians, reality and reality television are one and the same.

In the show, Kim can’t seem to understand why Kris wasn’t happy living in an apartment with Kourtney and her husband, Scott Disick, and their screaming baby Mason. Naked yoga instructors, optional.

“Is this what it feels like to like actually be married?”

Kris is filmed saying.

Oh wait, it’s not a marital home, it’s the set of Kim‘s show.

And Kim also couldn’t wrap her head around the fact that Kris also wanted to concentrate on his own job (preparing for when the NBA lockout ended) instead of the job she believed she’d “hired him for” – as her husband on the show.

So which way do you think the wind’s going to blow? Will Kris Humphries succeed in proving the marriage was a fraud, thereby bypassing that iron-clad prenup which stipulates he can’t talk about what really went on during that very brief 72-day period?
