NBA legend MICHAEL JORDAN just got engaged to his Cuban-American girlfriend, Yvette Prieto over the holidays, star news has learned.
Jordan, 48, has been dating Prieto, 32, since 2008, and he finally popped the question on Christmas Eve. Now doesn’t that make the sweetest Christmas present ever? Wonder what his kids with ex-wife Juanita Jordan make of that.
Michael Jordan, one of the most effectively marketed athletes of his generation, who was partly responsible for popularizing the NBA around the world between the period of the 1980′s to the 1990′s, currently owns majority shareholdings in the professional basketball team, the Charlotte Bobcats.
His storied career boasts of 5 MVP’s, ten All-NBA First Team designations, nine All-Defensive First Team honors, fourteen NBA All-Star Game appearances, three All-Star Game MVP awards, ten scoring titles, three steals titles, six NBA Finals MVP awards, and the 1988 NBA Defensive Player of the Year Award.
Whew.
