ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER and MARIA SHRIVER are not getting back together after all, star news just learned. This despite reports they spent last weekend together, and Maria was reconsidering a reconciliation.
Hollywood news reported over the weekend that the former governator and his estranged Kennedy heiress wife were spotted wearing what was presumed to be their wedding rings on two separate occasions. Added to the fact they spent the holidays as a family with their children (the legitimate children, that is), it looked like things were going all hunky-dory for a possible permanent reunion between the divorcing spouses…
Not.
According to a source, Maria wasn’t wearing her wedding ring at all.
“The reports of a reconciliation are not true,”
a source revealed to People Magazine.
Turns out the bling on Maria‘s finger belonged to her late mother, Eunice Shriver, whose old engagement ring Maria inherited upon her mother’s deathbed in August 2009. Maria‘s been wearing it ever since.
So the divorce is moving right on track, but…
“Arnold and Maria will always come together when it comes to supporting and loving their children,”
a family insider has said.
Well, so much for that rumor.
