Lucy is definitely gorgeous, and she obviously has a good eye for fashion. But does this look suit her?
The “Pretty Little Liars” star wore a yellow sequined Paul & Joe dress with pink and white butterfly designs, paired with simple black pumps and black crystal drop earrings.
A casual updo, lush lashes, and soft pink lipstick completed Lucy’s look.
This could have been a cute look… on someone much, much taller than Lucy. Her petite frame makes this dress look like a large, baggy t-shirt.
She looks like a 12-year-old, to be honest.
