When it comes to partying hard, CHELSEA HANDLER is a master…which is probably the reason why she ended up with a back brace after a Belvedere-fueled night at New York’s Provocateur.
The potty-mouth stand-up comedian and author of “Are You There Vodka? It’s Me Chelsea,” went on Kelly Ripa‘s show, “Live! With Kelly” where she told her host that, yes…it is possible to have too much of a good time…but only after hugging Kelly and assuring her that no, that wasn’t a bullet-proof vest she felt, just a back brace…
After an evening spent drinking and dancing, even the alcoholically-horizontal veteran was no match for her own excesses.
“Not to be funny, but I’m actually wearing a back brace because of something that happened that night,”
Handler, 36, explained on the show.
“I do this glide where I’m really happy and I sit while I dance because I have to hold onto something that’s stable.”
She also admitted she’d been prescribed with steroids after her evening of heavy partying, which means that her memories of the night before have been made more lasting…not because of a hangover, but because of painkillers and a back brace…
“Are you there doctor? It’s me, Chelsea.”
