French tabloid, “Public” is making hay with reports the six-time Grammy award winner has made a sex tape, and claims it has possession of photos coming from footage taken with a smartphone. Whether Adele‘s bed-romp partner was the subject of her award-winning song, “Someone Like You,” or her current beau, Simon Konecki, the publication didn’t say…
Nor will it be saying any more about the matter since the 23-year-old English singer has levied a libel lawsuit against “Public” after allegations of a sex tape shocked her millions of fans around the world.
“We are informed that the French magazine Public has today published images which it claims show our client in a sex tape.”
Adele‘s top-caliber lawyers, Schillings, said in a statement it sent to the UK Daily Mail.
“Our client has not appeared in a sex tape as claimed in the article. Our client does not appear in the photographs. ‘Such claims are untrue and grossly defamatory. Our client is taking legal action in relation to this matter.”
Sex tape rumors are better than death hoaxes, in our opinion. Still, why let the paltry matter of a sex tape keep Adele from enjoying her incredibly successful comeback after throat surgery? It didn’t stop Kim Kardashian, did it?
