KATY PERRY was decked out in a sequined Blumarine gown as she walked the red carpet at the 20th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party on Sunday.

Katy, who last walked the red carpet in a baby blue Elie Saab gown, sparkled in a silver-gray Blumarine gown, which featured a sheer tulle yoke and intricate silver and black sequin embellishments.
She complemented it with a pair of Miu Miu shoes and a glittering black Judith Leiber clutch.
It’s a gorgeous dress, but some people might not like this look because of Katy’s blue hair, which kind of takes the elegance down a couple of notches.
A sleek blue bob, blue eye makeup, lush lashes, and nude lips finished Katy’s look.

I am always tetireeng back & forth about cutting my hair off again. I think I will do a big change for my 40th (pixie cut maybe suicide blonde!!). However, I am planning to get a little more layering this week. Hoping it will help keep me motivated to continue growing it out for now. (I LOVE Alyssa Milano’s pixie do from way back when I even keep a couple pics of it in my “Hair” folder for future reference. Also love Victoria Beckham’s pixie from last year.) I want to see a pic from your pixie days!!!
