Celebrity news reveals that KIM KARDASHIAN recently wrote a blog entry announcing that she will be banning cyber bullying on her blog and will no longer allow rude and hateful comments to be posted on her page.
With the emergence of blogs and networking sites that welcome even the nastiest comments about celebrities and their fans, there has been a noticeable increase in online haters that has caused a number of clashes such as the Twitter bullying incident between Lady Gaga’s army of fans and Kelly Osbourne.
In an attempt to keep the peace in her blog, Kim Kardashian—who is also the crowned queen of the Most Ill-Mannered list last year—finally took matters into her own hands and took a stand against the bullies.
Kim wrote on her blog late Monday:
“I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again… I will not allow bullying on my blog. You can say what you like about me, but when you come on here and harass and bully other fans, you WILL be banned from leaving comments.”
“This is not a place to take out your frustrations with your own life on other people. I was honestly shocked today reading some of the comments… from people who are old enough to know better. Find something better to do with your time, because I don’t want you here, and neither does anyone else.”
It is always admirable when a celebrity publicly backs their fans up, but will Kim’s statements be enough to stop the hate in her blog for good?
We sure hope so.
