The 16-year-old reality star walked the red carpet at the “Project X” premiere with her little sister, 14-year-old Kylie, in a skintight, pastel-colored mini dress with sheer sleeves, which she paired with sky-high cream peep-toe pumps.
Kendall finished her look with long wavy tresses, natural eye makeup, and pale pink lips.
