AMANDA BYNES was arrested for drunk driving after colliding with a cop car earlier today, star news has learned.
Another run in with the cops while behind the wheel?
Amanda Bynes was just arrested and put behind bars this morning for the suspicion of drunk driving in West Hollywood. Just after her recent run in with the cops where she bolted just after she was given her ticket (she came back for it hours later, at least), the 26-year-old Nickelodeon child star collided with a cop car and was discovered by law enforcements to be unfit to drive.
Bynes is reportedly booked in the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station at 3AM today. The cops currently have her on a $5,000 bail.
PEOPLE reports the police statement:
“A Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy in a marked black and white radio car, was stopped at the intersection of … Robertson Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard preparing to turn right onto Santa Monica Boulevard when a black BMW driven by actress Amanda Bynes attempted to pass the right of the radio car, colliding with the right rear quarter panel of the radio car.”
The report added:
“”There was minor paint transfer damage to both vehicles.”
Looks like Amanda had been a little too careless when it came to her driving. Guess that’s what happens when you don’t have much work and are left with a lot of time to party in the town…
Someone please take her car away!
Who thinks Amanda should start going back to work and become more responsible for her actions?
