CHARLIZE THERON wowed in a sexy black dress at the 2012 CinemaCon Awards Ceremony on Thursday, which was held at the Caesars Palace Hotel and Casino in Vegas.

We can probably all agree that black is the most boring and predictable color on the red carpet, and the gorgeous Oscar winner tends to wear a lot of black dresses—although there are times when she breaks out of her color rut and opts for edgy bright reds and cute baby pinks.
Nonetheless, Charlize looked anything but boring in her sexy black Dion Lee dress, which has a halterneck, off-shoulder straps, and nude mesh panels along either side.
The South African stunner completed the outfit with black ankle strap Giuseppe Zanotti heels.
Beauty-wise, Charlize went with smokey eyes and a light pink lip color.
