Star news has learned that HULK HOGAN is suing to get naked screenshots of him from his sex tape off the Internet.
Hulk Hogan may have felt wretched when his age-old sex tape had surfaced, even more when he realized that he couldn’t remember who his partner in the tape was, but it was when he saw screenshots of it in cyberspace that he realized it was enough.
Hogan and his lawyer are now taking legal action and has sent a cease and desist letter to TheDirty.com editor Nik Richie, asking them to take down the numerous screenshots of the naked wrestler that they posted in their site last week— or else face the consequential lawsuit.
His lawyer told TMZ:
“As you know, should a sex tape or photographs of Mr. Bollea exist, they were taken without his consent and therefore the same would constitute a felony in the State of Florida.”
