According the latest Hollywood news, “Hunger Games” star JOSH HUTCHERSON says the U.S. drinking age of 21 just doesn’t make sense… so it should be lowered to 18.
Is he serious?
Josh Hutcherson claims that when teenagers have hit the age of 18, America should already legally allow them to have alcohol. If that were to happen and clubs also lowered their age requirement for entry to 18, maybe his underage co-star Alexander Ludwig wouldn’t be asked to leave a Hollywood bar like he did recently.
The actor who portrayed Peeta Melark actually raised a good point, as he told a TMZ paparazzo:
“I think the age to go to war is 18 … so I think the drinking age should be 18 as well.”
Can you just imagine how many celebrity and non-celebrity teenagers would be charged with drunk driving if it were lowered? Celebrities aged over 20+ are already having a hard enough time with the rules as it is!
Do you agree with Josh?
