JADA PINKETT SMITH has finally slammed rumors stating that she and husband WILL SMITH are indeed divorcing each other, star news has learned.
Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith will definitely not having marriage troubles… in fact, they are far from it, saysJada herself. The actress doesn’t even have an idea why she and her “M.I.B” star husband were suddenly the newest targets of the divorce rumor mill.
When asked why the rumors have not gone away in spite of the couple ignoring it, she tells French magazine Gala:
“I have no idea! Every year, one celebrity couple is under the microscope. This year, unluckily, it’s us! I almost want to say that we should have been expecting it.”
She adds:
“Will and I know the truth. We’re waiting peacefully for the storm to blow over.”
The rumors have probably started from the fact that they have been spending time apart, but Jada says that it has “always been that way.” With Will filming “After Earth” with his son Jaden and his wife being on the road for the tour of their singer daughter, Willow, it’s been a while since the family spent a lot of time as a whole.
She explains:
“I travel a lot because of my work, just like Will does. … But our lifestyle hasn’t changed. Before we had the kids, we were already far away from each other quite often because of separate projects.”
When asked about the rumor that they haven’t been living under the same roof, she exclaimed:
“That’s ridiculous. We’ve always lived together.”
Well there you have it. With the star couple’s demanding schedules, it’s nice to know that they always have time for their now-famous kids and remain to be in love even when they’re constantly miles apart.
