Celebrity news reports that LINDSAY LOHAN was spotted in the surveillance video of The Standard Hotel from the night of her alleged nightclub dispute, despite her claims of having been at home during the alleged incident.
Lying, again?
A few opposing witnesses later, a newly acquired CCTV video from The Standard Hotel reportedly showed Lindsay Lohan on the night of her alleged nightclub altercation with a woman who claims the “Mean Girls” actress shoved her after she tried to talk to one of her male friends inside the Smoke and Mirrors club.
LiLo claimed that she was at home during the alleged incident, almost making everyone think that the woman was trying to set her up with a false police report. Now, who knows?
However, the fact that she returned to the scene of the “crime”—where she got into yet another fight that was not her fault—and that her rep has refused to make a statement sort of implies that she’s innocent… for now.
