According to the latest celebrity news, AMANDA BYNES has been accused of yet another hit-and-run incident that supposedly occurred last month.
Someone take away her license already!
Apparently, after hitting a police car last April 6 and hit a civilian’s vehicle earlier this month, Amanda got herself involved in a hit-and-run incident last April 10th on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley.
TMZ reported:
“The culprit was driving a 5 series BMW at the time of the accident. The victim gave chase, got off the freeway, but the culprit blew a red light, never to be seen again. The victim was able to write down the license plate number. She only got a profile view of the woman driving the BMW.”
Authorities later told the female victim that the vehicle was an Enterprise rental car, which the victim later reported to the cops was Amanda Bynes after checking with the rental company herself.
Surprisingly, after ID-ing Amanda from the photo line up at the CHP substation, the the not-quite-retired actress‘ mug shot from her DUI arrest turned up.
Fortunately for Amanda, she was let off the hook. The site reported further:
“Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … the case was referred to a filing officer at the L.A. City Attorney’s Office who immediately rejected it because there was no independent witness fingering Amanda as the phantom driver.”
We’re sure we speak in behalf of American drivers when we say that Amanda shouldn’t be driving at all until she learns how to wait—for her ticket before driving off and for her body’s alcohol content lowers before getting behind the wheel… before she gets thrown in the slammer again.
