BRITNEY SPEARS and DEMI LOVATO arrived for their first day as “X Factor” judges on Thursday for the first round of auditions in Austin, Texas.

The day has finally come for the two singers—who both sport matching blonde hair—to start their new jobs as “X Factor” judges alongside Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid.
Britney looked sexy in a figure-hugging hot pink dress with a sheer panel on the bodice while Demi went for a more youthful look with a bright, printed dress and a black leather jacket.

I don’t really like the Jonas Brothers, but I have to admit that See No More is aclaltuy pretty good. But I think the music video is stupid. He looks kinda weird. But good job Joe!
