The Sports Illustrated model looked years older than 19 (unfortunately) in an off-shoulder Dolce & Gabbana gown, which she paired with a Louis Vitton purse and sparkling Bulgari jewels.
Thankfully, Kate took a more youthful approach with her hair and makeup. The blonde stunner finished her look with cascading curls, neutral eye makeup, and a glossy, bubblegum pink lip color.
Kate, you’re 19 years old. Keep that in mind next time you dress yourself!
