Celebrity news reports that LINDSAY LOHAN is still being chased down by a Vegas tanning salon over her unpaid bills from her appointments between 2007-2009. This time, they’ve come to California where the actress now resides.
Uh-oh…
Lindsay can’t hide now, because the salon Tanning Vegas is determined to finally make the tan-loving actress cough up money worth around $40,000 to pay for her debts—which she refused to pay for even after being sued in August 2011.
Now the tanning salon’s Lorit Simon, who also sued Linds for stealing their tanning formula which she used for her own line “Sevin Nyne” in 2009, is planning to move the case of her unpaid bills to California where the actress is filming the lifetime biopic, “Liz and Dick.”
TMZ got into details:
“It’s been 9 months since a Nevada judge ordered Lindsay to pay the $40,000 bill to the salon and — surprise, she hasn’t paid a cent. Now the salon is trying to get the matter moved to California, so it can attach Lindsay‘s assets to satisfy the judgment.”
We don’t get it. She may have been stuck to become one of Judge Sautner‘s favorite celebrities on probation but we’re sure she still had money, way more than the measly forty thousands that the tanning salon is asking for.
And disobeying a Nevada judge… we’re guessing that’s not going to sit well with Sautner.
Fork it over already, Lindsay!
