According to celebrity news, SEAN KINGSTON is being sued for trashing his rented Hollywood home… and took off before the lease was up.
Whoa!
Sean, a very close pal of Justin Bieber‘s, appears to be a good-natured 22-year-old kid that many young listeners look up to that sometimes it’s hard to imagine him doing any horrible and mean things.
But now the “Beautiful Girls” singer being sued by his Miami landlord for allegedly wrecking his rented Hollywood home—which he reportedly moved into in order to stay away from the ocean which reminded him of his terrible jet ski accident—and for moving out too early!
According to the lawsuit, Sean and his mother rented the mansion last year for $25,000 a month and left behind a “trail of destruction” that totaled to about $21,397 of property damages, which TMZ specifically stated were:
“…broken landscaping lights, sprinkler heads, holes in the wall, and broken railing around the waterfront dock.”
Not only that, they didn’t pay their $70,000 bill before running off to another home in October—at least two months before their lease was up.
The site explained:
“Per the rental agreement, the landlord claims Sean owes two months rent — $50,000 to be exact — for ditching early … on top of the property damages … PLUS $2,400 in past due rent.”
The report continued:
“All told, the landlord wants $73,816.85.”
Whoa.
