Thanks to the wonders of plastic surgery, the biggest boobs in Hollywood today aren’t always the ones that are real. Nonetheless, there are still those elite few who possess a set of naturally big and beautiful breasts that can give those silicon-stuffed chests a run for their money any day.
So here’s our list of Hollywood’s biggest, plastic surgery-free boobs:
SALMA HAYEK
Now what kind of “biggest boobs” list would this be without the incredibly sexy Salma Hayek? The 45-year-old, who won the award for “Best Breasts” in the 2007 Anatomy Awards, has one of the best set of boobs in Hollywood—and they’re totally real!
When she was younger, the self-confessed late bloomer revealed that she didn’t always have such large assets. But instead of turning to plastic surgery, she turned to prayer… yes, prayer. During an interview on “The Graham Norton Show,” Salma admitted:
“I was the youngest in class and all these girls were starting to get breasts and I wasn’t getting anything… I went to a church that had a saint that was supposed to do a lot of miracles. I put my hands in the holy water and went, ‘Please Jesus, give me some boobs’.”
Obviously, it worked.
SOFIA VERGARA
Sofia Vergara, who looks smoking hot in a bikini thanks to her hourglass figure, has no problem talking about her famous breasts. During an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” the naturally blonde stunner was asked the age-old question: Who has more fun, blondes or brunettes?
Sofia sassily answered:
“I would say… the girls with the bigger boobs.”
Earlier this year, the Colombian beauty won the distinction of being AskMen.com’s “Most Desirable Woman of 2012”—and we’re guessing it had a lot to do with her naturally large breasts.
TYRA BANKS
Plagued for years by rumors that she had had plastic surgery to achieve her hot, supermodel body, Tyra underwent a sonogram on her talk show to prove that her girls were 100% natural.
The former supermodel said:
“By no means am I saying a breast implant is a bad thing, but it’s not a choice that I made… it’s something that a lot of the public think that I have, and that’s so frustrating for me.”
We believe you, Tyra!
CHRISTINA HENDRICKS
“Modern Family” star Sofia Vergara isn’t the only TV bombshell to be recognized for her terrific twins. Christina Hendricks, who plays sexy femme fatale Joan Holloway on “Mad Men,” is probably more famous for her large (and very real) breasts than her acting roles. Nonetheless, the gorgeous redhead has no problem showing them off.
After all, if you had curves like hers, wouldn’t you do the same?
JENNIFER LOVE HEWITT
Jennifer Love Hewitt is another boobilicious beauty who needs absolutely no help from a plastic surgeon. In fact, in the ad campaign for her Lifetime TV show “The Client List,” the actress’ breasts had to be digitally altered to appear smaller… because they were just way too big.
They look perfectly fine to us, though.

Thanks to her infamous sex tape with ex-boyfriend Ray J, the whole world is fully aware of the fact that Kim Kardashian has a nice set of boobs to match her famously large and shapely butt.
However, unlike her sister Kourtney, who has admitted to getting a boob job, Kim insists that her rack is absolutely real. She said during an interview on “Piers Morgan Tonight” last year:
“There’s a lot of plastic surgery rumors that swirl and I’m the first one to be super honest. They are real… They are completely 100 percent real.”
Not one to be modest, Kim often shows off her all-natural cleavage in tight, plunging dresses and tiny bikinis.
JESSICA SIMPSON
Even before she got pregnant, Jessica Simpson already had wonderful knockers.
The busty blonde, who insists that her double D breasts are absolutely real, is very proud of her curves… although she does wish that her butt were bigger so as to match her large boobs.
In 2010, Simpson told Closer magazine:
“I have a white girl booty. I don’t have a big butt. I’d rather have a happy medium and take some off my chest and put it towards my butt so I could balance out a bit.”

Now that she has big breasts, the “Part of Me” singer often showcases her stunning cleavage in low-cut tops and dresses.
BROOKLYN DECKER
Last but not least is Hollywood newcomer and Sports Illustrated cover girl Brooklyn Decker, who rose to fame after she paraded her voluptuous bikini body on the Adam Sandler film “Just Go With It.”
As you can see, the model-turned-actress has a very nice set of all-natural boobies. However, when she first started out modeling, they were more of a curse than a blessing.
In her interview with Sports Illustrated, Brooklyn admitted:
“The fashion world rejected me completely when I first came out on the scene – I have boobs and I have a body.”
The fashion world may not have wanted her big boobs, but Hollywood certainly did. Brooklyn‘s gorgeous body and California girl looks eventually nabbed her major roles alongside veteran actors, and now she’s starring in two much-awaited movies: “Battleship” and “What To Expect When You’re Expecting.”

Although most of these breasts look very nice, I’m afraid that you wouldn’t know a real boob if it hit you in the face. Almost all of these women have been enhanced.
