The sexy “Community” star joined co-star Keira Knightley (who opted for Valentino) on the red carpet at the Regal Cinemas L.A. Live in an Ellery dress, which featured a white sleeveless top, a red waistband, and a black floral-print skirt.
Black pointed-toe Jean-Michel Cazabat heels and Baccarin jewelry completed the outfit, while a low ponytail, smokey taupe eye makeup, and red lips provided the finishing touches.
