According to the latest Hollywood news, CHRIS BROWN and DRAKE are facing a possible lawsuit over the recent club fight that took place reportedly because of them and their entourage at the W.i.P in New York late this week.
The moment that Chris Brown and Drake have definitely not been waiting for but most likely expected is almost here: victims of their wild club brawl are coming forward and one lady, who suffered cuts on her arm that required 12 stitches, is threatening to sue anyone responsible for the fight… including the two rappers.
As previously reported, their fishy scuffle at the nightclub (reportedly because of their common love, Rihanna) resulted in chaos that left the club in ruins, Chris himself with a gash on his chin and other partygoers like Tony Parker with an eye injury.
Parker is all well, but the bleeding lady isn’t going to let it pass. TMZ reported:
“Javier Solano, a lawyer representing a woman named Lucy Pavlovsky tells TMZ his client was in the VIP section at W.i.P. Nightclub when the fight went down. He says Lucy ducked down when the bottles started flying and didn’t notice her arm was cut — “gushing blood,” in her words — until she was making her way out of the club.”
While Pavlovsky‘s lawyer says his client was already interviewed by the cops who wish to gather evidence for a possible criminal complaint, it won’t keep them from creating a lawsuit of their own.
Solano told the site:
“At this moment we are exploring all options on who will become a defendant. I can assure you that regardless of fame, money or stature, the people responsible will be held accountable.”
Yikes.
Do you think Chris Brown and Drake will end up being their defendants?
