DAVID ARQUETTE has officially filed for divorce from COURTENEY COX, according to Hollywood news.
After almost two years of separation, David Arquette has finally made a move to officially end his marriage to estranged wife Courteney Cox… three months after calling it quits with rebound girlfriend Christina McLarty.
The actor, who cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their divorce, is asking for joint legal and physical custody of daughter Coco Arquette, but has abstained from asking for any child or spousal support.
David also revealed that he has not hired a lawyer and will be representing himself in the divorce.
It is interesting to note that Arquette actually signed the divorce papers on March 23… almost three months ago.
Why did it take him so long to file the papers?
