KRIS HUMPHRIES is reportedly going to subpoena KANYE WEST’s ex AMBER ROSE in his divorce case with estranged wife KIM KARDASHIAN, according to the latest star news.
This is getting ugly.
Weeks after Kim served Kris’ former rebound chick Myla Sinanaj with a subpoena to help her torpedo the NBA star in their divorce case, Kris has decided to fight back by subpoenaing Kim’s current boyfriend Kanye West’s former girlfriend, Amber Rose.
Apparently, Kris is trying to prove that Kim cheated on him with West, and he believes that Amber, who spoke about how Kim broke up her relationship with Kanye in a revealing interview earlier this year, can help him do that.
A source tells RadarOnline.com:
“[Kris Humphries’ legal team] will absolutely be issuing a subpoena for Amber Rose to be deposed because she has very relevant information and could contradict Kim‘s timeline about when she and Kanye West became romantically involved.”
The insider adds:
“Kris‘ team hasn’t spoken to Amber yet, but they are hopeful that she will be a cooperative witness. If Kris‘ lawyers determine she will be a hostile witness, they will still depose her because they just want to get to the truth.”
