Star news tells us that OCTOMOM could be facing a lawsuit over her cancelled strip club gig in Florida… because she failed to give a notice of her cancellation.
Nadya Suleman better be willing to bare all at a Florida strip club in July (or maybe just her top) because if she doesn’t, well… Let’s just say that she can bid her porn talent fee goodbye.
According to a report by TMZ, Octo chickened out because of some mean comments from the bar’s staff… but she forgot to give them an official notice, so the strip club demands that she push through with her strip show whether she liked it or not.
The site reported:
“…a lawyer for the club has fired a letter off to Octo‘s camp, claiming Nadya failed to give the club written notice of her cancellation, so if she doesn’t perform as scheduled … the club will sue.”
But Octo is adamant—she’s not scared of any lawsuits and she won’t strip for them. Her rep explained:
“Nadya will not be appearing at this club in July or in the future. Nadya felt defamed and was in fear for her life to step into a club where they have already set a negative tone.”
Octo also reportedly retained an attorney of her own to go after the club for defamation.
