Hollywood news reports that USHER got a temporary restraining order against his a stalker who claims to be his wife.
Yikes!
Usher, who is still in the middle of a rough custody battle with his ex wife, Tameka Jones, says he’s being stalked by a woman named Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw who wishes she was married to Usher… when she’s clearly not.
The R&B star claims that not only did his “wife” tried to harass him and his family at his home in Georgia last June 23, Darshelle disregarded the warnings from the police to stay away from Usher‘s home when she came back the very next day and tried to convince the cops about her “identity.”
Apparently, she told the police that she simply misplaced her keys to Usher‘s house.
How crazy is that?
Darshelle was subsequently arrested.
TMZ reported of the allegedly delusional woman:
“Usher immediately obtained a temporary restraining order, claiming Darshelle ‘placed [him] in reasonable fear for his own safety and/or the safety of his immediate family.’”
The woman is set to appear next month at a hearing that will determine whether the order should be made permanent.
But that’s not all…
Darshelle posted a video last Wednesday where she claimed Usher was giving her money since last year and promised her that he would help her with her music career.
She insisted in the video:
“I’m not a stalker … [Usher] has officially slandered me and defamed my character.”
She also said that she will file defamation charges against the superstar.
