ANNE HATHAWAY took the chance to say that her heart aches and breaks for the victims of the recent Colorado shooting tragedy that took place on Friday morning.
The horrific theater shooting rampage at a midnight screening of “The Dark Night Rises” in Colorado remains to be in Hollywood news lately and more and more celebrities are becoming greatly affected.
The film’s director Christopher Nolan was one of the many who were sorrowful about the incident, as was the flick’s Batman/Bruce Wayne, Christian Bale, whose heart goes out to the victims’ loved ones.
Now it was the film’s own sexy Catwoman who spoke out about the mass killing spearheaded by crazed gunman, 24-year-old James Holmes.
Gossip Cop reports that Anne Hathaway released a statement saying:
“My heart aches and breaks for the lives taken and altered by this unfathomably senseless act.”
She added:
“I am at a loss for words how to express my sorrow. My thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families.”
