According to recent Hollywood celebrity gossip, JUSTIN BIEBER’s recent freeway joyride caused not just one… but ten 911 emergency calls!
Whoa.
The 18-year-old singer, who is rumored to indulge in the dangerous “sport” of street racing every now and then, was pulled over for speeding in his awesome Fiskar Karma down a Los Angeles freeway on Friday after being pursued by the paparazzi.
And, as it turns out, Justin was traveling so unbelievably fast that a total of ten drivers called 911 to report the teen’s dangerous driving.
Witnesses to Bieber’s real-life “Grand Theft Auto” experience claimed that the singer had been driving faster than 100 mph—and he was driving recklessly, too.
The “Boyfriend” singer’s people, on the other hand, are adamant that he was only going 80 mph.
ONLY.
TMZ reports:
“…someone from Bieber‘s security team was a passenger in his car and allowed Justin to put the pedal to the metal. Mind you, Justin was weaving in and out of traffic, baring squeezing in between moving vehicles.”
To be fair, the paps were chasing him and forcing him to flee. But still, Justin should have slowed down and pulled off the freeway… and, most importantly, he should have just called 911.
Which he did after he got pulled over for speeding.
