According to recent star news, KATY PERRY has been offering her support to good friend ROBERT PATTINSON in light of the revelation of KRISTEN STEWART’s cheating scandal.
Rob is definitely going to need his friends now that his heart has been shattered into a million pieces by girlfriend Kristen Stewart (who was recently caught cheating on him with a married man).
And who better to cheer him up than Miss Cotton Candy And Rainbows, Katy Perry?
The actor, who recently moved out of his home with Kristen, has reportedly been leaning on his friend Katy following the devastating revelation of Kristen’s infidelity.
A source tells the Daily Star:
“Katy has been a rock for Rob… She has reassured him she is very much there for him just as he was for her when she split from Russell [Brand]. She has urged him to take a break with [Kristen].”
But before you start thinking that Katy has an ulterior motive for comforting Rob, think again! The singer may have a taste for British men, but recent reports tell us that the guy she has her eye on is an American… and it’s none other than John Mayer!
