In recent star news, KATY PERRY has revealed that her relationship with Florence and the Machine guitarist ROBERT ACKROYD is not “anything serious.”
Despite the fact that she was spotted in the arms of Ackroyd at the Coachella Festival in April, the pop star insists that they are not a couple. Yes, they are dating, but it’s not a serious relationship.
That probably explains why they’ve been going through a cycle of calling it quits and then getting back together every month or so.
When asked about the status of her relationship with Robert, Katy told USA Today:
“That’s not even appropriate to label… There are times I go out and meet people and flirt, but it’s not really appropriate to have anything serious.”
Katy adds:
“I have a second chance on life. To get maybe a better situation. For me, right now, I’m totally not looking. I’m just looking to heal. And I’m on that path.
But Katy, who is a self-confessed romantic, hasn’t given up on the whole fairy tale life she’s always wanted. She insists:
“I’m not down on love.”
