KRIS HUMPHRIES slammed KANYE WEST with his own version and lyrics of the rapper’s song released in April, “Way Too Cold,” which took an obvious dig at Kris.
Better late than never, eh?
Hollywood gossip previously reported that Kris felt bad upon learning about Kanye‘s rap song—formerly called “Theraflu”—for new rebound serious girlfriend Kim Kardashian, so it’s no surprise that the basketball star would want to have the last word.
We’ve all heard it ourselves—Kanye‘s “cold” track, which was released back in April, revealed the rapper’s feelings for the reality star and dissed Kris at the same time, with Kanye referencing his BFF and co-owner of Kris‘s team, Jay-Z:
“Lucky I ain’t had Jay drop him from the team.”
Two months later, Kris decided to slam the rapper back with his own version of the lyrics—after signing a two-year deal for a reported $24 million to remain with the Brooklyn Nets.
Humphries tweeted earlier this week:
“I’m up at Brooklyn! @S_C_ ’lucky I didn’t have Jay drop me from the team’ lol!”
Careful, Kris. You’ll never know when Kanye finally decides to try and undo your luck!
